Take-Two Interactive, the gaming giant that owns studios such as Rockstar Games and 2K, may have just opened a physical office in Brazil, located in the city of São Paulo, just in time for the marketing campaign for GTA 6 (Grand Theft Auto VI).
The discovery was made by Portal Viciados reader Marcio Fortuna. While searching on Google Maps, he found a recent listing named "Take Two Interactive Software – São Paulo Office."

The business address points to the luxurious Faria Lima Plaza, located on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima in the Pinheiros neighborhood, one of the country’s largest financial and corporate hubs.

Similarly, according to our reader, previous searches did not show this result, indicating that the company’s presence at this location is very recent.
Rockstar Games already operates in the country through marketing-focused staff, establishing direct contact with content creators and specialized media sites, such as our own Portal Viciados.
However, the opening of a corporate office under the name Take-Two Interactive suggests aggressive expansion.
This new studio is not expected to focus on game development, but rather on centralizing and expanding the marketing and public relations operations for all of the company’s brands in Brazil.
The timing for this physical expansion couldn’t be better. With the release of GTA 6 officially set for November 2026, the marketing machine for the most anticipated game of the decade is about to kick into high gear.
The opening of a Take-Two office on Faria Lima is practically the final proof that Brazil is a key part of the company’s plans and that we’ll be treated to massive marketing campaigns, events, and localized initiatives for the arrival of Lucia and Jason!
